As autumn invites us to taste its fruits, in #MilanoaplacetoBE there are plenty of food-related events. From 17 October Golosaria is at Fiera Milano City, and for those who have a sweet tooth, there is Cake Festival 2015! Also, don’t miss the International Street Food Parade.
However, as we all now, exercise is essential to health. Here are a couple of suggestions for your wellbeing. Giro d’Italia Handbike, Corsa della Speranza and Kids Run 2015, three initiatives that will make your body and heart happier.
As the Latin saying goes… Mens sana in corpore sano (a sound mind in a sound body). To feed your mind Milan has become the city of books in 2015. With Bookcity, from 22 to 25 October hundreds of events will take place, with authors, readings, exhibits, shows and much more.
This week a cool festival for children is in town too. It’s Uovokids, with educational labs and a dj set. For both kids and adults, try Fuori Milan Games Week… the city will be literally invaded by games!
Moreover, two events encourage us to discover less well known spots in Milan. FAImarathon shows us places and people who help the poor, whereas with Remote Milano the city turns into a collective film where you are the protagonist!
The end of this semester is drawing closer… but #ExpoinCittà is doing its utmost for the fun never to end! On 23 and 24 October see you at Musica Viva, an event aimed at fostering live music in Italy and #MilanoaplacetoBE!
